APPOINTMENT TIMES


PLEASE arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. While we strive to be on-time for your scheduled appointment (s), we may run behind schedule from time-to-time. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance as we do our best to take all client s scheduled. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late checking-in to your scheduled appointment time, understand in advance that your appointment might be delayed and or re-scheduled with another member of our team if we cannot accommodate your appointment(s).



CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card will be required to reserve certain appointment types. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours not ice for any single service. A 48-hour not ice is required for any multiple service or spa package cancellation. We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy and your credit card will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.


NO SHOW POLICY

Up to 3 No shows are accepted, after which we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total cost of services that were to be performed.


PRICE POLICY

Linea's service pricing is posted on our website. Our team of professionals have the right to adjust prices when needed in relation to the work being performed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


TIPPING POLICY

Tips can only be given in cash or check. Each individual stylist may accept tips via Zelle.


RETURNED CHECKS

Each returned check will have a $20 fee. We will redeposit after 7 days and then they will be turned over to the Glen Ellyn police department .


RETURN POLICY

Unused retail product s may be returned within 2 weeks for a store credit or exchange.
