Joe Tristino
Founder (1937-2022)
Joe Tristino, dreamed to follow his passion when he immigrated to the United States. He had trained in Rome and Paris before coming to the States. He came to learn, design, and teach beautiful hair. Serving as Past President of the Chicago Cosmetologist Association (1989-1991), Collaborating with Vidal Sassoon when discovering the bob, National & International Platform Artist & Educator (Winning over 98 trophies worldwide), International Creative and Educational Director for Indola and former Beauty School owner fulfilled his dream in 1986 when he used his teachings to build of Linea Hair Salon & Day Spa, Inc. His joy was watching his assistants grow and become incredible cosmetologist. He passed his legacy to his wife, Teresa. Now, Teresa and the Linea Family carry his legacy to bring his teachings and skills to the next generations as they develop and craft the beautiful hair in the newly renovated location.

About Me
I'm Teresa and have been a licensed Cosmologist & Educator for over 40 years. I no longer practice behind the chair since Joe & I opened Linea and sold our cosmetology school. If you ever need any help with anything while you are at the salon, please do not hesitate to ask. We are a Linea Family, and you are apart of that Family as a Linea Client.
Outside of the Salon
I am a mother of one son, I love to spend time gardening, and spending time with my friends and family.

I am a movie and television buff! But my favorite past time is the theater...Broadway shows and all!

About Me
I’m Chiara, I’ve been at Linea for 18 years & born and raised by Joe. I love to do color, whether that be vibrant colors or your everyday touchup. I enjoy the variety of amazing styles i can achieve for my clients with different cuts. I want all of my clients to leave feeling beautiful and empowered to go and conquer their world.
Outside of the Salon
I’ve been married for 7 years and have 2 beautiful daughters. I enjoy spending with my entire family when I’m not at the salon. But I do love what I do so I’m always learning more about the new products and techniques that are coming out.

About Me
I'm Denese and I have been in the industry for over 30 years. I travelled and trained with Joe as a part of the Indola creative team. I love a challenge and enjoy doing balayage, creative colors, and extensions.

I love being a grandmother, a latin dancer and singer, and I love any form of Art to express oneself!

About Me
I'm Ivana from Bulgaria! I came to the United States in the Early 90's and I have been in the beauty industry for over 30 years. I love to do blowouts, any and all types of technical cuts, and color.

If I am not in the salon, I love to travel any chance I get! But then I do love to cook for my family and friends. When I can, I do enjoy dancing!

I'm Diana, been a licensed hair stylist since 1989. I’ve worked in Glen Ellyn since early 1990. I have worked at Linea Salon for over 20 years. I enjoy doing cuts, colors and perms. I have two grown children, a wonderful husband, and a dog.

I garden, I refinish antique furniture, and I love cars. Mostly American muscle.
